ICERs for case management and ITNs refer to scaling up coverage from the baseline to the next highest coverage level, holding coverage of the other intervention constant. Negative ICERs indicate that the intervention is costsaving due to reductions in case management costs. Bold figures represent settings where MSAT may have comparable or lower ICERs to either scaling up ITNs or case management coverage to the next level.
