  1. P value of the mutant prevalence of each codon was calculated. Comparison was done in samples from western Kenya study sites (KDH, KSI, and KCH) and also between the western Kenya sites verses the coastal study site (MDH) to determine statistical differences in prevalence between the two geographical regions.
