  1. Spearman rank analysis was performed on all pairs of repeat motifs in a given population. The Bonferroni correction was applied. The total number of tests is n = 273 for the three populations and for all statistical tests α = 0.05, given a threshold P <1.83 × 10-4. Significant correlations are listed.
