Further, a test was done to see whether these estimates were significantly different from zero, i.e., whether the two genotypes are significantly different, with the difflsmeans procedure. p ≤0.05 was considered significant (in bold). Note that between-species differences are lower (and barely significant) than between-genotype differences.
