Analyses of probability mass distributions for COI 1-6 using a) 24 SNPs with MAF = 0.2, b) 96 SNPs with MAF = 0.2, c) 24 SNPs with MAF = 0.4, and d) 96 SNPs with MAF = 0.4. Separation of distributions is positively associated with resolution power of the COIL algorithm.
