Confocal microscopic study of enolase localization in P. yoelii infected mouse red blood cells. Nuclei were stained with DAPI (1 μg·ml-1) and the presence of enolase was detected by anti-enolase (anti-r-Pfen) antibodies followed by secondary anti-mouse IgG labeled with alexa fluor 488.
