Antigen-specific IgG concentration in the purified total IgG fraction. The antigen specific IgG concentration for the corresponding antigen (PfCSP_TSR, PfAMA1_DiCo mix, PfMSP1_19 and Pfs25) was quantified in the total IgG fraction purified from the immune serum samples collected on day 70 from rabbits receiving the 1 µg (P1, blue) and 50 µg antigen dose (P50, orange). The quantification was performed using the calibration-free concentration analysis module of the Biacore T200 instrument (surface plasmon resonance spectroscopy) and the antigen-specific IgG concentration is expressed as a percentage of total IgG.
