Time-dependent unwinding activity of recombinant PfRuvB3. Effects of incubation time on helicase activity of PfRuvB3 were determined using short oligonucleotide DNA duplex (Table 1) as a template. Assay conditions were as described under “DNA helicase activity assay”.
