Serum response against PfMAEBL and PvMAEBL. Pre-immune and PyMAEBL-immune mouse serum were probed against non-transfected HEK293 cells (negative control), HEK293 cells transfected for cell surface expression of PfSEA (negative control for Pf), PVX_113775 (negative control for Pv), PfMAEBL or PvMAEBL and analysed by FACS. FL1 signal indicates specific binding (Alexa Flour 488 staining) while FL2 signal indicates dead cells. Representative plots for positive and negative serum response shown (ac).
