Results of MALDI-TOF blinded tests were based on the highest log score values and obtained with the MALDI BioTyper software. Controls: Anopheles fed on non-infected mice, PCR + : mosquitoes fed on infected mice and for which P. berghei-PCR was positive, PCR − : mosquitoes fed on infected mice and for which P. berghei-PCR was negative.
