mSpray consists of enumeration of all structures from satellite maps, selection of households for IRS using a targeting methodology and finally spatial data collection with near real-time reporting/feedback. The figure shows from left to right, Enumerate—computer-based satellite enumeration, target—a map of enumerated structures (red dots) and target areas (green), implement—a tablet-based map to guide users to targeted structures where spatial data is collected, reported to a server and then visualised on intuitive interactive dashboards
